Tackle the To Do List!
Do you have trouble getting through your to do list on a daily basis?
Take time to prioritize.
What’s a must-do on that list? Can you delegate, postpone or eliminate some of the tasks? Overscheduling and burdening yourself with a to-do list that has too many tasks will only create feelings of overwhelm, fatigue and misery.
Schedule time to think, create, and then prioritize what needs to get done that day in order to achieve your weekly or monthly goal.
Do this action at the end of your day in order to hit the ground running in the morning.
